I’m so depressed…

I hate remembering that my chances to go to college are slim because as an I.S. I am not eligible to receive need-based aid. I feel like because of that I’m not going to be able to go to college. Although I may be exaggerating a bit, I really feel like I have NO-CHANCE at getting into USC.
